Why JMC Life Sciences

Technical depth. Operational perspective. People-centered leadership.

The best manufacturing solutions work because the science, the operation, and the people are aligned.

TD

Technical Depth

Deep expertise across bioprocessing, MSAT, technology transfer, CMC, process validation, and manufacturing sciences. We bring the technical rigor needed to troubleshoot complex issues, evaluate process risk, interpret data, and translate development knowledge into practical manufacturing decisions.

OP

Operational Perspective

Strategy has to work in the real manufacturing environment. Our approach is grounded in hands-on experience with facilities, equipment, materials, documentation, training, engineering runs, production readiness, and cross-functional execution—helping teams connect technical intent with what can actually be performed reliably on the floor.

PL

People-Centered Leadership

Technical programs succeed through people. We emphasize clear communication, accountability, team development, and practical decision-making so that operators, scientists, engineers, quality teams, and leadership can work through complexity together instead of operating in silos.

About Jeffrey Carr

Technical leadership built across modalities

Jeffrey Carr

Jeffrey Carr is a life-sciences manufacturing, MSAT, and technical operations leader with experience translating complex bioprocesses into executable manufacturing strategies. His work has spanned advanced therapies, biologics, technology transfer, facility and site readiness, engineering runs, process troubleshooting, validation, technical documentation, and cross-functional manufacturing support.

His technical experience includes T cells, NK cells, mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs), hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), corneal endothelial cells, and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). Across these modalities, Jeffrey has worked at the intersection of process science and manufacturing execution—helping teams evaluate process risk, integrate equipment and materials, prepare facilities and personnel, transfer technical knowledge, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and build the systems required for reliable GMP execution.

His background also includes manufacturing readiness, engineering campaigns, investigations and CAPA, process validation, and late-stage manufacturing preparation. He combines technical rigor with clear communication and people-centered leadership to help organizations move from scientific possibility to sustainable operational capability.

Execution turns possibility into patient impact.
